Acceptable use

You may use TwoCentSkips for skip tracing, list hygiene, and marketing enrichment on individuals with whom you have an existing relationship or a lawful basis to contact. You may not use TwoCentSkips for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, stalking, harassment, or any FCRA-regulated purpose.

Compliance

You are solely responsible for TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, and state-level compliance on any outreach based on our data. Every phone record includes a DNC flag, but you remain responsible for scrubbing against your own suppression list and state DNC registries.

No warranty

Data is best-effort. We do not warrant that any specific record is current, accurate, or complete. Hit rates vary. We do not guarantee deliverability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for fines, penalties, or judgments arising from your use of the data.

Termination

We may terminate service for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time; unused hits do not roll over except on Pro tier.
